Mr. N. VENKATA REDDI is an eminent engineer.  He is in the field of Pulp and Paper machinery, equipment manufacturing industry since 1974.

He was born and brought up in an agricultural family.  During his childhood and education time, he used to help his father in agricultural works.  After completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he secured a job as workshop Supervisor in SRMT, Kakinada.  His inherent qualities did not allow him to continue in the job for too long.  With a modest investment of about Rs. 30,000/-, he started an engineering workshop, by name Sri Ramadas Engineering works at Rajahmundry in the year 1974. 

Having experience in equipment and reputation for manufacturing quality machines, he enthused himself to promote the Paper Mill – SRI RAMADAS PAPER BOARDS PVT. LTD., in Jegurupadu Village, near Rajahmundry in the year 1994.  The paper mill was established as  8 TPD mill initially.  However, with his innovative ways and efficient equipment, the mill started manufacturing 10 TPD by the end of first year itself and further expanded to 15 TPD. With this vast experience, he has installed second unit of 45 TPD Writing & Printing and Newsprint product in 2002 and commenced its commercial production in the month of March, 2002.  In addition to this another 90 TPD machine was installed and commissioned in the year of 2009.  As on date total production capacity  achieved about 150 TPD.

Under the leadership of Mr. N. Venkata Reddi, the company is making profits on sustained basis, operating on sound management policies and having good industrial relations with PR as well as employees.   SRI N. VENKATA REDDI was awarded “BEST ENTERPRENUER” for the year 2000-01  by GOVT. OF ANDHRA PRADESH.
